Carolyn qualified as a chartered accountant with BDO in London in 2000.
She has spent most of her career working in industry, most recently within the EMEA headquarters of a listed Japanese company in the office automation sector, where she provided in-house advice and support to the European business and led a number of group-wide corporate governance and business process re-engineering projects.
Carolyn ensures the efficient administration of F&L client companies by overseeing and managing their compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Carolyn also provides advice to Board members on their legal responsibilities and corporate governance issues.
