Melissa qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen, where she worked primarily with the UK subsidiaries of large US technology companies on UK and international corporate tax issues.
Melissa then worked in the US and was seconded to a large UK telecoms company. The following two years were spent on secondment to the Department for International Trade, advising overseas companies doing business in the UK.
This led to a similar role at PriceWaterhouseCoopers for several years before joining F&L in 2006. Melissa specialises in international expansions and structuring, transfer pricing and tax efficient share schemes.
