All employers are required to provide Forms P60 for the 2014/15 financial year to all individuals who were employees on 5 April 2015.
Employers who fail to issue P60s to employees by 31 May will have committed an offence and face possible penalties.
A P60 is a statement issued to taxpayers at the end of a tax year in the UK and Ireland. The form is an end of year summary (and important proof) of the tax the individual has paid.
