As F&L embarks on a new journey as part of the ZEDRA Group, we wish farewell to three great assets…
Fitzgerald & Law, London's leading global expansion adviser, today announced that long serving Partners Gabriel Parrish, Martin Ranson and David Jenkins will be retiring from the business. All three will step down on 1 October but will be retained as Consultants by ZEDRA following the recently announced acquisition. At the same time, Kiki Stannard has been confirmed as the new Managing Director of ZEDRA London, tasked with developing and executing its global growth strategy.
“I joined F&L in 1995 as employee number six. Over the past 25 years it has been an honour to be an integral part of an incredible team delivering quality services to our exciting high growth client base. I am so proud that our work has made us an adviser that others admire.” said Martin, F&L's longest serving Partner.
“With the new resources and impetus afforded by the ZEDRA acquisition, this is the right time to step back. The Company is ready to really make a difference to global expansion. These are exciting times,” said David Jenkins, who steps down from his role as Head of the GEA Network. David's GEA Network role will be performed by Melissa Christopher.
Gabriel added, “Leading F&L has been a privilege. I am extremely proud of the team we have and how they have transformed us into a business now capable of competing on a far bigger stage than any of us could have anticipated when we were starting out. As successful as we have been, I firmly believe that the business's brightest days are ahead.”
Kiki Stannard, who includes Melissa Christopher, Keeley Stock, Louise Morriss and Jamie Richardson in her Executive Leadership team, was exuberant about her predecessors.
“On behalf of the Directors, the Managers and everyone who has ever worked at F&L, I would like to thank all three of them for their commitment and contribution. Under their leadership we have grown to become a much larger firm, but without sacrificing the culture and values that are important to all of us. In particular, I would like to thank Gabriel for his visionary leadership.”
Kiki continued, “As ZEDRA, we move into the next stage and we are excited at the possibilities and opportunities that lay ahead. We have an energetic, fresh leadership team ready to embrace the challenges of the new normal and whatever else comes our way in the next few years. Our clients remain in the very best of hands.”
Ivo Hemelraad, ZEDRA Chief Executive Officer, commented, “I would like to praise the stewardship and dedication of Gabriel, Martin and David for the last 25 years. Their remarkable work and ambition have been key and invaluable in F&L's growth and excellent reputation. With Kiki and her experienced leadership team, ZEDRA will be able to build on F&L's solid foundations and heritage, while continuing to provide existing and new clients with the service and solutions they have come to expect from a trusted partner.”
