At F&L, CSR isn’t just an initiative. Going beyond what is required of us, we are genuinely committed to creating positive social and environmental change.
We purchase from local businesses whenever possible and support local charities including St Mungo's, Hands On London, Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital, Solace Women's Aid, The Westminster Food Bank and Guys and St Thomas' Charity.
As well as providing monetary donations, we support organisations in our local community by arranging events such as cocktail nights, bake sales, volunteering and food drives. We encourage the team to give back to the local community in any way they wish – whether that is by regularly volunteering their time for a particular programme such as the Mayor of London’s Yes Futures volunteering scheme or fundraising for a specific event.
F&L also supports national charities such as Jeans for Genes, Comic Relief and Save the Children. Individual team members have also participated in national events such as the Shine marathon and Movember.
